This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel. Our room was not available at check in so they gave us a king bed with a rollaway, and pull out couch for 5 of us. The rollaway did not fit anywhere in the room. The pullout couch was so old and worn out, it was not sleepable. The room was disgustingly moist and dirty (probably because of the large jacuzzi). The pool was freezing (even though they were nice and told us we could use it as long as we wanted. The coffee had grounds in it. The rug in the breakfast area looked like it hadn't been vaccumed in months.

Been here twice and lost sleep both times. Walls are so thin that conversations in next room woke me up. Kids were running up and down hallways late at night. Not good for business travelers that need to get up early in the morning.
