the room was fine and the staff was polite, my family used the pool a couple of times but mostly we sed our room to wind down at night before the start of the next day. Complimentary breakfast items like cereal, toast, donuts juice and coffee helped make an easy start to the day. The restaurant seemed nice and the had a trivia night and ladies night while we stayed only got to see the trivia night. good location, good price helped keep expenses low so we could enjoy many other oppurtunities. Horseback riding, bushkill falls, shopping, go karts bowling and many choices for restaurants nearby i liked alaska pete's dinner.

Dirty & rundown
09/20/2008I would not recommend staying here. wallpaper was peeling off the walls, toilet was iffy when flushing & the bathroom door didnt shut. rug was disgusting--the bottom of our feet ...
I would not recommend staying here. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, toilet was iffy when flushing & the bathroom door didnt shut. Rug was disgusting--the bottom of our feet were almost black after walking around a bit. TV was about 30 years old & remote didnt work. Grass looked like it hadn't been cut in 6 months. Front desk was helpful, but not that knowledgeable of the area. When I asked about a place to go mini golfing, they gave me the number of a place that closed down 3 years ago. Pool was ok, nice and warm, but if traveling there in the winter you have to walk outside to get there. The bar and resturant were ok and the bartender very nice.

We booked online. The pictures represent the hotel but misses the fine details. One room had wallpaper peeling off the walls. Mold around the tub. The ceiling had yellow stains all over. A refrid had so much ice around the freezer part the door would not close. A indoor pool but you must walk from your room to it outside. Bring your own towels because your not allowed to use the pool towels to go back to your room. They are the size of hand towels. The bottom line was it was cheap. You get what you pay for.
